For many, joining our team allows individuals to launch careers in direct care while building lifelong connections. We offer starting wages up to $16.00/hr with shift premiums for third shifts and weekends, health and dental insurance – 100% paid by the employer for employee coverage, paid training, and a retirement plan with a match!
