Jay has been living at David’s House Ministries for what he describes as “a long time.” This community is blessed with Jay’s joyous presence and contagious smile. He is often seen wearing fun, brightly colored socks and shoes that perfectly match his lively spirit, and he is not afraid to show it! His favorite part about DHMIN is being able to meet new people and participate in the daily LEAP activities, specifically packaging for Beer City Dog Biscuits.
When Jay is not at home, he loves going on outings to shop for new clothes, visit delicious lunch spots, and more. He recently had his first Chick-fil-A experience, enjoyed it immensely, and even picked up a new hat. At home, Jay’s favorite activities include spending time on the computer and chatting on the phone with friends and family. He’s also a big fan of The Price Is Right, which is almost always on his TV.
If Jay could choose any superpower he wanted, he would read minds. In fact, he playfully claims he might already have that power—so watch out! Jay’s unique sense of humor is sure to make anyone laugh, brightening up any room he’s in. When asked for a fun fact about himself, he revealed that he loves giving compliments, always ready to spread a little kindness.
